My name is Carol, and I opened Heads 'n' Tails in 1997. I continually research the latest techniques, equipment and products to ensure your dog has the best treatment possible. I can trim all breeds in all styles, my main priority is to achieve the results you are looking for.
We believe in introducing pups at an early age, about sixteen weeks. They will come familiar with sounds, smells and the equipment of the grooming salon but most importantly they become familiar with grooming staff, and as they grow older they will enjoy the experience. Also we can offer you a collection and delivery service, prices vary depending on breed of dog, how long they have gone between visits, and the condition of their coat, if a dog is matted you can incur a small extra charge. Heads and Tails Dog Grooming studio is an open plan, contemporary and luxury grooming salon. Groomers are fully Qualified and trained to a highly professional standard. We take pride in making sure that the customer’s needs and requests are fulfilled, but always putting the dog’s safety and welfare first.
Each customer receives a consultation on treatments and styling required. Also, we can give advice on canine cleansing products and which grooming tools to buy. We also sell a varied collection of dog accessories, including luxury dog beds, dog coats, collars, leads and much more!
There is convenient parking with easy disabled access.
